Pecha Kucha means “gossip” in Japanese. Speakers will present 20 visuals each in 20 seconds which makes 6 minutes 40 seconds in total. Pecha Kucha technique basically aims transfer the creative ideas in short and fast presentations without boring the audience.
This year's ARKIMEET theme of “What's Next” which focuses on ambiguity which prevents us from predicting even the coming year: How it effects the designers and the development of the cities? How will the architure draw its path in this fast and innovative process? Will the designers use it as an opportunity and trend? The most important of all: How will the future shape the humanity and environment? To answer all these questions, architects and other professionals meet in this event.
In Pecha Kucha, we will exprience the issues of the city that we live in, in an other perspective and without getting bored. The speakers will present their content, depending on the technique, in short time and efficiently.
